  • 250 ml chicken broth (1 cup)
  • 5 g ground cumin (1 teaspoon)
  • 3 g ground black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • 10 g chopped fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the sauté base, heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the onion, bell pepper, and garlic for about 5 minutes until softened.
