Ingredients

  • 500 g cooked cold white rice (3 cups)
  • 250 g cooked chicken breast, diced (2 cups)
  • 200 g cooked pork loin, diced (1½ cups)
  • 150 g diced ham (1 cup)
  • 150 g cooked diced carrots (1 cup)
  • 100 g cooked peas (3/4 cup)
  • 100 g chopped cooked green beans (1 cup)
  • 150 g chopped scallions (3 stalks)
  • 20 g crushed garlic (4 cloves)
  • 60 ml vegetable oil (4 tablespoons)
  • 60 ml soy sauce (4 tablespoons)
  • 5 g ground black pepper (1 teaspoon)
  • 10 g salt (2 teaspoons)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten (100 g)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the ingredients, make sure the rice is cold and separated. Cook the chicken, pork, carrots, peas, and green beans beforehand.
  2. Cook the eggs, heat one tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok and scramble the eggs into small pieces. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the flavor base, add the remaining oil and sauté the scallions and garlic for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the meats, stir in the chicken, pork, and ham and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the rice and vegetables, combine the rice, carrots, peas, green beans, reserved eggs, soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Stir-fry continuously for about 8 minutes until evenly mixed.
  6. Serve hot, remove from the heat once the rice is thoroughly combined and lightly browned.
