Canelazo Colombiano

Canelazo is a hot drink of aguardiente with aguapanela and cinnamon, traditional in the cold highlands of Boyacá and Cundinamarca.

It’s heated in a water bath so the drink takes on the aroma of the cinnamon without boiling the aguardiente.
