Ingredients

  • 6 of radishes, in small cubes
  • 300 g of chicharrón (pork rind), in small pieces (about 10.5 oz)
  • 1 of onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • to taste of mint, chopped
  • to taste of salt
  • to taste of ground dried chile (optional) (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the radishes, cut the radishes into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicharrón, add the chicharrón in small pieces.
  3. Combine, add the chopped onion and chopped mint.
  4. Dress, drizzle with lemon juice and add salt to taste.
  5. Mix, mix all the ingredients well until combined.
  6. Serve, serve right away, with ground dried chile on the side, if desired.
