  • 100 g green onions, chopped (3 stalks)
  • 15 g garlic, minced (3 cloves)
  • 30 ml vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)

  • 3 g black pepper (½ teaspoon)
  • 5 g ground cumin (1 teaspoon)
  • 30 ml lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
  • 100 ml beef broth or water

Instructions

  1. Wash the liver and remove any visible membranes.
  2. Cut into medium-sized portions.
  3. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cumin.
  4. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  6. Sauté the onions and garlic for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the onions and set aside.
  8. Cook the liver for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  9. Return the onions and add the broth.
  10. Cook for 5 additional minutes.
  11. Serve immediately.
