  • 3 of eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of natilla (sour cream)
  • 1/2 cup of sour milk
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of dried shredded coconut
  • 1 can of coconut milk (350 g)


Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients, combine the corn masa with the grated cheese, sugar, eggs, natilla, dried coconut, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the coconut milk, stir in the coconut milk and sour milk, mixing until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Preheat the oven, heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
