A diferencia de otros churrascos sudamericanos, esta versi\u00f3n se caracteriza por una jugosa carne de res a la plancha servida con arroz, papas fritas, huevos fritos, aguacate, ensalada fresca y, en muchas ocasiones, un acompa\u00f1amiento de menestra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es una preparaci\u00f3n muy com\u00fan en restaurantes, hogares y locales tradicionales de comida t\u00edpica, especialmente durante el almuerzo. Su combinaci\u00f3n de ingredientes sencillos y abundantes lo ha convertido en uno de los platos m\u00e1s representativos de la cocina cotidiana ecuatoriana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>800 g de lomo de res o bistec de res (4 filetes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g de ajo triturado (2 dientes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g de sal (1 cucharadita)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 g de pimienta negra (\u00bd cucharadita)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml de aceite vegetal (2 cucharadas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 g de arroz blanco cocido (4 tazas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g de papas para fre\u00edr (4 papas medianas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g de tomate en rodajas (2 tomates medianos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de cebolla roja en rodajas finas (1 cebolla mediana)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 aguacates medianos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml de jugo de lim\u00f3n (2 cucharadas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sazona la carne,<\/strong> mezcla el ajo, la sal, la pimienta y una cucharada de aceite, frota los filetes por ambos lados y d\u00e9jalos reposar durante 20 minutos para que absorban los sabores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepara las papas,<\/strong> pela las papas, c\u00f3rtalas en bastones y fr\u00edelas en aceite caliente hasta que est\u00e9n doradas y crujientes. Esc\u00farrelas sobre papel absorbente y reserva calientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elabora la ensalada,<\/strong> mezcla las rodajas de tomate y cebolla, agrega el jugo de lim\u00f3n y una pizca de sal, y deja reposar unos minutos para que los sabores se integren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cocina la carne,<\/strong> calienta una plancha o sart\u00e9n grande con el aceite restante y cocina los filetes durante 3 a 5 minutos por lado, seg\u00fan el t\u00e9rmino deseado. Ret\u00edralos y d\u00e9jalos reposar brevemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fr\u00ede los huevos,<\/strong> cocina los huevos en una sart\u00e9n hasta que las claras est\u00e9n firmes y las yemas permanezcan ligeramente l\u00edquidas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sirve el churrasco,<\/strong> coloca una porci\u00f3n de arroz en cada plato, a\u00f1ade las papas fritas, el filete de res, un huevo frito, la ensalada y unas l\u00e1minas de aguacate.
