chopped scallions (1\u00bd cups)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 g diced ripe tomatoes (1\u00bd cups)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g minced garlic (4 cloves)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 g chopped fresh cilantro (1 cup)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g ground cumin (2 teaspoons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 g salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 g black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
