potatoes, peeled and cubed (3 medium potatoes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250 g corn on the cob, sliced (2 ears)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g chopped scallions (1 cup)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g diced ripe tomato (1 cup)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">20 g minced garlic (4 cloves)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 g ground cumin (2 teaspoons)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15 g chopped fresh cilantro (\u00bd cup)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15 g
