It combines the deep sweetness of panela, an unrefined cane sugar, with the bright acidity of fresh lime juice for a simple and refreshing beverage found in homes, casual restaurants, and family meals across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is usually served cold on warm days, although a warm version is also enjoyed when a comforting drink is preferred.
