Colombian color seasoning (1 teaspoon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g salt (1 teaspoon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 g ground black pepper (1\/4 teaspoon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml water (1\/4 cup)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cook the onions,<\/strong> heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the scallions, white onion, and garlic.
